Topic: Spatial Analysis & Representation of Info (GIS)

Introduction to Geographic Information System (GIS), an information system for collecting, managing, analyzing, and displaying geospatial data. Covers the core principles, technology, and techniques of GIS with a special focus on its applications in libraries and information agencies. Provides project-based experience in using GIS software and creating geographical databases and maps.

Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of databases and HTML.
